Terms & Conditions

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and will be added (at cost) to the sales invoice.

Components returned to MIDIWorks for whatever reason, should be sent "shipping prepaid", and only after a return authorization is received.

Should MIDIWorks determine that a product under warranty (1 year warranty duration, starting on date of shipment) must be returned to the factory for service, MIDIWorks will advise the customer as to the means by which the product should be returned. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. MIDIWorks will then repair of replace the product and ship it at no cost to the customer.
